Alpha And Omega
Oh Lord, My God, the Alpha and Omega,
Scriptures say there is no beginning no end
Our Blessed Creator in omnipresence,
With glorious powers of omnipotence.
Oh Father, from you all things created
Just the words from your mouth stated.
Words with full power transcendent
All universe and life on you are dependent.
Yes, there was a beginning of earth time.
With Your spirit lighting up the surface.
In six days all came into existence,
Because of your internal insistence.
Words spoken, from dust Adam was made,
And then with a spare rib was Eve.
In Your image the sixth day created man
The perfection of your desired plan.
Father, You are the potter and we the clay.
Oh yes, in Your image we were made.
There's no other God loves perfection true,
None other can be compared to You.
Father, we acknowledge there is only one God
The Alpha and Omega, the beginning and end;
Oh, Lord God Yahweh, Almighty Jehovah,
I submit and surrender my will to You.
