A True Friend



There are some that stand apart,
From all others on this earth.
Just being in their presence,
Brings happiness and mirth.



I'm so thankful for the friend,
That God chose to send my way.
It makes me feel so grateful.
For friendship shared each day.



Your love for Jesus always shows,
Like a light that shines so bright.
Thinking always of others
Helping to make things right.



Always there to be a friend,
With a friendship tested and true.
No one else could take your place,
And that dear friend is YOU!
