Thank You God
Thank you God for all the things
You have given to me when I was born,
The sense of hearing my parents voice,
That soothed my soul, when I was forlorn,
The sense of smelling all your lovely creations,
The flowers, fresh air, and so many things,
People take senses for granted, they just assume
Their senses will last a life time, a gift from the Almighty King.
The sense of touching the soft cushion moss,
Or touching a babies soft facial skin,
The touch of hot or cold too,
All things we touch were created by Him.
The sense of seeing, the window to my soul,
Without my eyes, I would be lost in the dark,
I treasure my senses each and every one of them
But my eyes are most important , they do their part.
The sense of tasting, making food so enjoyable,
Knowing what is bitter or sweet,
Eating is so wonderful with the sense of taste,
All of our senses are so neat.
Thank You God for our breathe of life too,
Our beating heart, we have so much to be thankful for,
With my profound prayers I thank you so very much,
You are my God Almighty, whom I adore,
