The Beauty Of Winter






Winter, a season some folks don’t like
But for me, I find the beauty a delight
When the land is covered in sparkling white.





The pines and cedars covered in a blanket of snow
A divine picture, painted by the Master's hand
As the moonlight on the snow, turns the night aglow.





Even tho' this season brings the wind and cold
I can find nothing to my eyes more lovely
Than the red birds perched in the snow.





Thank you dear Lord, for winter's beauty
As YOUR creation wears a blanket of white
When everything appears pure and clean
The works of YOUR mighty hand, indeed is seen.
