The Ransom






HE left the splendor of Glory
To become one of us
Of all others ever written
This indeed is the greatest story.





HIS mission on earth was to do, HIS Father's will
Even though it meant, HE had to climb Calvary's hill
The ransom for our sin, there HE paid
As all our sin on that day, GOD on HIM laid.





There on a cruel bloody cross
HIS life, HE would freely give
Now all who love and trust in HIM
Forever in Heaven with HIM, will live.
