In Time Of Loss

The road, you now must walk ahead
You will find hard, my precious friend
You will feel as though...
Your world, now has come to an end.

During the long lonely hours
That now lie ahead, dear friend
It is time with JESUS
You will need to spend.

Only HE, can feel the brokenness
That now fills, your aching heart
Since from the one you loved
You have had to part.

As you now, walk through
Your darkest of days
By your side daily.....
Faithfully, HE will stay.

HE, sees all the tears
That now fill your eyes
He feels your deepest pain
When you ask, 'why'?

But, weeping my friend
Will only last through the night
For promised joy will come
With the morning light.

When that blessed morning comes
All our tears, HE then will wipe away
What happiness, then shall fill our soul
When 'welcome home' , we hear HIM say.
