Sin Is Sin

Sin is sin immeasurable to any degree; Jesus’ death wasn’t any more horrific due to you than it was due to me.

Some of us consider our own sin less than that of another, but God tells us sin is sin ours no less than our brothers.

I can’t stand filled with pride because of that which I haven’t done, because God said sin is sin there’s no greater or lesser one.

To think of doing evil makes me as guilty as if I did, none of the thoughts I think are from our Heavenly Father hid.

I’m as guilty for considering vengeance even if I don’t commit the act, as the sinner who viciously paid their tormentor back.

To steal is to steal whether thousands of dollars or a penny, what rights do we have to another’s possessions Not Any!

How than do I become sinless not disobeying to any degree, the Holy Word reveals this to be impossibility.

If it had been possible for any of us to live sin free, Jesus wouldn’t have needed to suffer so brutally.

Jesus did what you and I couldn’t do for ourselves, He paid for our sins so we too in Heaven could dwell.

We of course have our own part to play, we must confess and repent and invite Him within our hearts to stay.

Then each and every day we must surrender anew, giving Him control of everything we think say or do.

Sin is sin not measured by any degree; and our salvation undeniable if we’ve accepted Jesus wholeheartedly.

Trusting God and His Word! Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.
( Psalms 31:24 )

My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
( Psalms 73:26 )

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
(Psalm 32:1-3 )(KJV)

Accept Jesus, He will forgive your sins.
