Jesus Is The Only Way

Jesus, I had fallen away
Thank you Dear Lord for another day
Then I remembered you forgave me
Forgiving myself was the key
We go through many trials and paths
In time we remember to smile and laugh
We ask God’s forgiveness and start another way
Times become easier no matter come what may
|
I ask You Lord to guide my day
In this lesson I cannot go astray
I will remember to think before I say
As a Christian it is You I portray
I will be more careful in my actions
Then I won’t confront others reactions
I pray to be more loving and forgiving
I am human and I am admitting
|
I pray You teach me to be more caring
And not be overbearing
To help when I am needed
To be grateful I have succeeded
To work for You Lord in your name
To be humble and not ask for fame
Lord you gave me my life
With you I handle all strife
