Promise Of God





Sometimes trouble comes along
And with it sadness and pain.
We may feel there's no way out.
There's nothing left to gain.



That's the time to renew our faith,
To listen to our Father's voice.
He wants to give us strength,
And help us make a choice.



Though things seem so hopeless,
No trial is too great.
God will give us comfort,
For us he does await.



As we go through the storms of life,
Just know He'll see us through.
God promised to never leave us,
He'll be watching over you.
