God Is Near





Whenever we feel weary and sad
Don't know which direction to go.
The mountains seem so very high
And the valley so far below.



Our Father tells us not to despair,
From Him help will come.
He's the maker of heaven and earth and,
There's nothing he can't overcome.



Whatever difficulties we may face,
God is still in control.
We must listen closely to His voice
And call on Him to console.



He's promised to watch over our life,
He knows our trials and our pain.
Though things may seem hopeless
Our prayers are not in vain.



Call upon our Father in faith,
His strength He will provide,
Troubles will soon melt away
If your heart you let Him guide.
