Delightful Land






When you stand at the cross roads
Only seek the straight and narrow
The road that leads to paradise
Delivered according to His promise.



Those who hope in this Lord Jesus
Will daily renew their strength
They will soar on wings like Eagles
To Heaven's assured Eden.



Jesus the adoring Bridegroom
Will soon come to claim His bride
The Church adorned in white array
Will be standing at His side.



I'll one day cross the River Jordan
To arrive in that sweet Beulah Land
To receive My crown of splendor.
On which side will you stand?



On Mount Zion will be deliverance
I'll be gathered together with Him.
Surly I have a delightful inheritance
In that sweet land of Canaan.



Jesus said I will come again
To take my faithful in love
Will you be ready with lamps burning
To be carried on the wings of a dove?
