Give Him The Day
There are days that come along,
That things just all go wrong.
It's not the day you planned to have,
One that seems so long.
We may walk in the midst of trouble,
Have a disappointing day.
No matter what we try to do,
Things get in the way.
Through it all we are not alone,
God watches from above.
He's there to rescue and will save,
And shower us with love.
He will quiet the troubled waters,
Make the wrong things right.
He will clear away the darkness,
So we may see the light.
He will handle all our problems,
If to Him we give the day.
He does not need our help when we,
Remember this and pray.
