A Moment To Rest





It’s wise to take time out for self

Work is important, but we must all rest

Whether a bubble bath or reading

Every day to take at least an hour at best






Nice to have time to think or daydream

Give our creative minds a test

Take a walk, run a mile or exercise

Then it’s time to call a friend or have a guest






Try it; your face will beam

Times to meditate or pray

It’s great to take time and dream

Thank our Lord for another day
