Christmas To Me
Christmas to me is a big ol' tree
decorated pretty for all to see.
With a star on top shining so bright
a little reminder of a cold winters night.
Jesus was born on this most special day
Gods greatest gift and he's here to stay.
Christmas to me is a time to share
for those less fortunate and those in despair.
A time for music...a time for cheer
a feeling I want to last all through the year!
A time for giving...a time for receiving
all God wants is you believing.
Christmas to me is a time for snow
reminds me of Angels with its bright white glow.
Church bells ringing...choirs singing
tiny tots with their eyes all a gleaming.
A time for love...a time for laughter
Gods love for you is ever after.
Christmas to me is over to fast
but know Gods love for you will always last.
So tell that special one how much you care
and when all else fails there is always prayer.
Make the most of this special day
and Gods love for you always show you the way.
