He Is King... He Is Lord Of It All
When the dew on the grass at first morning's light
sparkles as if winking at you,
Remember the Creator who fashioned each detail
right down to the grass and the dew.
When the clouds in the sky form a glorious scene
and you stop in your tracks just to stare,
Just ponder in faith the King above the clouds
for I tell you, He's always been there.
When you see the livestock roaming on the hillsides
in the peacefulness of the birds as they sing,
Remember in Bethlehem when they bowed down in reverence
for even they knew that He was the King.
When you see the planets and the stars high above you,
you can study them till you're old and gray;
For the Master Designer made them in His majesty
so you would seek Him at the end of the day.
When a newborn baby is born into this world
and you're in awe of the next generation,
Remember the Savior who died to redeem us
so we could know God through perfect salvation.
All of creation sings the same worship chorus
compelling us to the cross as it calls,
For it wakes us and draws us to bow down to the truth
that He is King... He is Lord of it all.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
( Romans 1:18-21 )(NKJV)
And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
