I Will Not Fear
Be merciful unto me dear Lord
For I am about to perish from the land
There are many who fight against me
I am attacked on every hand
When I am overwhelmed with fear
I will put my trust in thee
For you are my rock and my salvation
You guide, protect and comfort me
I will praise you for your word
For the wisdom and peace that I find
In the promises that you give
For you are loving, merciful and kind
I will not be afraid
Of man and his evil ways
For they live for the world
And have no hope for future days
Men may not understand my words
And misrepresent what I say
But Lord you know my heart
Please keep me safe I pray
You know where I am
No matter where I go
And you know my every need
Thy perfect will to me you show
When all my strength is gone
I come to you in prayer
To protect and deliver me
For me you lovingly care
I praise you for your faithfulness
And the blessings to me you give
I will walk in your light
And for you I will live
