Only A Prayer Away
Do you have cares and a heavy heart
are you cumbered down with worry today?
Jesus knows your every burden,
He's only a prayer away.
Do you feel weary from the struggles of life
or have pain in your body which you bear?
Take your every care unto Jesus,
Your burdens, He will freely share.
He's only a prayer away
when you call upon His holy name,
in faith believing, you can freely ask,
Our God of miracles is still the same.
Look not to the right hand nor the left
or depend on others for life's answers
Jesus is the one who knows
the beginning from the end,
He'll give you the answers
and keep you from danger.
Our Lord is only a prayer away
so reach out and call on Him today,
Jesus will hear your plea and answer,
He'll give you peace this very day.
